Whether working with buyers, sellers, listings, staging, marketing, negotiating, contracts, financing referrals, inspector referrals, or the many other services Milestone Realty offers to clients, the team needs the support of intelligent, competent assistants like Christian Suba.

And he is eminently qualified to serve in that role. He has two bachelor’s degrees — one in literature and the other in philosophy — from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a master’s from the Jesuit School of Theology of Santa Clara University, where he’s working on his doctorate. As a student assistant, he acts as a liaison for the history and cultures department, including advertising and running events, connecting faculty, and maintaining the department website.

In addition to his academic pursuits, Christian serves as Milestone Realty’s marketing coordinator, creating print and digital advertising media as well as coordinating and creating real estate marketing materials. Additionally, he runs several community pages on social media and through a variety of CRM databases. After all, it’s all about building relationships.

Like Milestone Realty leader Linda Baker, Christian is a longtime resident of the area. He’s lived in San Jose most of his life and in Santa Cruz since 2016. He volunteers in the community with Urban Plunge, a poverty alleviation program run by Bellarmine College Preparatory, as a youth director at Evergreen Valley United Methodist Church, and with the after-school staff for Early Horizons Preschool.
